Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I have attached the holder, but my umbrella is not stable.

A. Re-tighten fastening straps. Ensure that at least two of the fastening straps are tightly secured to the chairs vertical support bar. Please refer to the installation instructions.

Q. I have placed the holder in the wrong position.

A. The position can be adjusted. Please refer to the installation instructions.

Q. My umbrella is too low when I sit in the chair.

A. Make sure that the umbrella holder is placed high on the back of the chair. You may need to readjust the position.

A. The umbrella can be adjusted within the holder. Loosen the fastening straps and gently raise the umbrella. Re-tighten fastening straps.

Q. My locking pin no longer holds my umbrella holder securely in place.

A. If the locking pin is continually removed, the locking mechanism may weaken and damage may have occurred. Additional badges can be ordered.

Q. The umbrella holder has become dirty. How do I clean it?

A. Remove and wash as per instructions.
