Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

Q. Is your shopping cart secure?

A. Yes, our shopping cart is protected by an encrypted GeoTrust SSL Certificate (look for the HTTPS in the address bar). All credit card and PayPal payments are processed securely through paypal.com.au.

Q. I have attached the holder, but my umbrella is not stable

A. The velcro fastening straps need to be tight to hold the umbrella in place. Ensure the bottom and at least one of the two middle velcro fasteners are tightly secured to the chairs vertical support bar. The top velcro wraps tightly around the umbrella shaft.

Q. I have placed the holder in the wrong position

A. Remove the locking pin by twisting the spring loaded back and gently pull. Reposition holder as required.

Q. My umbrella is too low when I sit in the chair

A1. Make sure that the umbrella holder is placed high on the back of the chair. You may need to adjust the position.

A2. Generally, the larger the umbrella, the longer the shaft. Use a full sized golf umbrella.
