Returns and Refunds Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email enquiries@shademychair.com.au to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and proof of purchase.

We do not refund any shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been damaged, except through manufacture defect, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Turnaround

All orders are dispatched within two working days of clearance of payment (standard cheque clearance times apply).

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

DHL
Other authorised carriers may be used.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that standard Australian post and some other orders will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Costs

The amount charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Our shipping charges can also be found here.
